Instead of telling you about the value of service you will receive from a virtual assistant we would like to show you the value of service you will receive. Everyday, businesses owners are faced with tasks they have to complete. These tedious tasks take you away from building and growing your business; working with a virtual assistant and take away that burden. 2. Mail merge 50-100 letters including stuffing and mailing.

4. Data Entry of a minimum of 75 contacts in an Excel spreadsheet.

5. Create correspondence for a client or prospect.

6. Edit and proof a minimum of a five page report.

7. Follow up on a minimum of 25 pending requirements. (financial services)

8. Create a PowerPoint presentation.

9. Setup the process for an ezine or newsletter.

10. Balance a monthly bank statement.

11. Research travel, hotel and meeting facilities.

12. Update web site content.

13. Article and press release submissions.

14. Update and manage your calendar.

32. Research a few venues to visit on your trip, along with directions to get to

them from your hotel.

33. Format and submit your article online.

34. Proofread a narrative of up to seven pages.

35. Create a fillable form.

36. Organize a stack of messy files, label them appropriately, and pack them

for shipping back to you, ready to drop directly into your waiting file

drawer.

37. Edit and proof copy for several Web pages.

38. Make calls to confirm your appointments, engagements, or reservations.

52. Design print-ready company letterhead.

53. Create and/or analyze and update Google Adwords campaigns.
